VBS Adult Volunteering Form

Let us know how you want to volunteer at this year's VBS! The dates are the first four Sundays in June from 3:30-5:00 pm.
** Background Checks **
All volunteers will need to complete a background check if you have not done so through Lost Creek in the last 3 years. Upon completing this form, we will send you the background check form to fill out at the email address you list above.
