Christmas Eve Worship

Wednesday, December 24 | 6:00pm

Spend Christmas Eve in worship with a warm and loving church family! We’ll have beautiful music, powerful liturgy, and Communion and candlelight. Families and friends are welcome as we celebrate the birth of Christ in our midst together.

Christmas Offering

Benefitting  Student School Lunch Debt
& Neighborhood Ministries Food Pantry

During the Christmas season and at our Christmas Eve service, we’ll have a special Christmas offering, 100% of which will go beyond our church. This year, all donations  will be split between paying students’ lunch debt at Perkins and Stillwater schools and the Neighborhood Ministries food pantry at Perkins First UMC.

If you'd like to give, click the button in this section to give online, selecting the "Christmas Eve Offering" fund.

Oak Park Christmas Experience

Friday, December 19 | 6:00-8:00pm | Oak Park

Our third annual Oak Park Christmas Experience will be Friday, December 19. You will be led by lanternlight along the path to seven stations; each station representing a part in the story of the birth of Christ. You will hear the narratives of the Old Testament prophecies, the joy of Mary, the fear of the shepherds, and the journey of the Magi. Your journey will end at a live nativity, depicting the scene in the stable behind the inn on that famous night.

Children's Christmas Program

Sunday, December 21 | 10:15am

During worship on Sunday, December 21, our kids will take over service with their annual Children’s Christmas Program. This year’s program is titled “A Very Mixed-Up Christmas Pageant," with some Halloween costumes accidentally making their way to the manger!

Kids of all ages will have a part to play, as children will start the program in different costumes: animals, shepherds, angels, etc. And as always, service will end with a visit from Santa Claus and Christmas treats provided by our Men's Group. It will be an experience you don’t want to miss!

Blue Christmas Service

Sunday, December 21 | 6:00pm

Is this your first holiday season without a beloved family member or friend? If it is, then you know that it's difficult to feel the same warmth and joy from the holidays.

Join us for our Blue Christmas service on Sunday, December 21, at 6:00pm for a time dedicated to the difficult emotions of the holidays. This service invites you to bring the grief, love, and difficult emotions you have in the midst of a season known for joy and light.

Covenant Renewal Service

Sunday, December 28 | 10:15am

Get a jump on your New Year's resolutions by worshiping at our Covenant Renewal Service! This annual worship service is how Methodists begin a new year. We will hear again God's promises for us and recommit ourselves to following God. With relevant Scripture, powerful liturgy, and meaningful Communion, we will end 2025 and begin 2026 ready to live better into God's promises!
